How it works

Every participant brings one current and pressing leadership or business challenge.

The group selects the challenge with the most value for the group. The challenge owner presents the situation. The group then works through it by:

  • pressure-test the real issue

  • expose what is blocking progress

  • challenge trade-offs and assumptions

  • define actions that create results

Our Master Team Coach, Dorothy, guides the process to keep the work focused, disciplined, and relevant to every leader in the room. By the end, the challenge owner commits to next action, and every participant captures what they can apply to their own context.

What you leave with

If your challenge is selected, you get the group’s full attention and leave with sharper insight and specific next actions.

If another challenge is selected, you still sharpen your thinking by questioning with more precision, listening with discipline, challenging assumptions, and applying the method to your own context.

Either way, you leave with:

  • a sharper read of what the challenge demands

  • high-impact inquiry that gets to the real issue faster

  • insight into the decisions and trade-offs blocking progress

  • practical next steps that move action into result

  • a method for high-stakes leadership conversations
